Students Welcome: Going to WMU, Kalamazoo College, or KVCC? We make finding student rentals easy to find, and our rental calendar is August to August, following the student calendar. There also occasionally a very limited number of houses available in the early spring timing that can work for K College residents returning from study abroad, please make contact early to reserve a place!!

Pet Friendly rentals: Many houses have fenced in yard space perfect for recreational activities with pets. There is also a very nice new off leash dog park in the Fairmont neighborhood that is close to many properties. Well taken care of and well-mannered pets are welcome, with restrictions and management approval. Maximum of 2 animals per household.
